One of the most widely distributed pines of the West, found growing from Alaska to Mexico and from the west coast states to the Rocky Mountains! This fine upright growing Pine can reach as high as 110' with short medium-green, curving needles bundled in twos. This choice tree was used by Native Americans for building tepees and other structures, hence the name, lodgepole. S/M-D
