This rare and valuable hybrid of decidua x kaempferi becomes a conical tree to 100' x 30' with linear grey-green needles to 1.5". Discovered in the early 1900s in Scotland, it is famous for its "hybrid vigor," growing faster and showing greater disease resistance than either parent species.
