The Bosnian pine is a delightful and distinctive conifer to 50-80' with dark-green needles in pairs which form very dense foliage on striking upright branches that are decorated with small cones of brilliant purple-blue before mellowing to brown, mature bark is a lovely shade of gray; tolerates a variety of sites, but prefers cool summer climates.
